APLA offers three categories of membership, Full Member, Associate Member and Affiliate Member.
APLA offers Full membership to approved organisations that are resident in and licensed to conduct lotteries or sports betting in the Asia Pacific region.
The organisations must have business practices that align with the aims and objectives of APLA, with revenues dedicated to the public good.
Full Members of APLA must also be Full Members of the World Lottery Association.
APLA currently represents 22 lottery organisations from 12 countries in the Asia Pacific region as Full Members.

APLA’s Associate membership is open to approved suppliers of goods and services, or organisations intending to supply to the lottery or sports betting industry in the Asia Pacific region. It is also open to organisations within the industry that have been recommended by a Full Member of APLA.
The Associate Members category was introduced with the aim of creating synergy in strengthening the knowledge and encourage collaboration for the betterment of the industry.
